failed to load

Hi, im new.
My computer whenever i try to load it up and play this server i get a message "error loading.... please report"
this comes right after the "connecting to file server..."
if theres anything to do to stop this, please let me know,

welcome!
try to deleted all caches from othere rsps's and then try it agian 90%of the time this works

any specific ones i should look for and delete? got like 100+ on comp :L
