Guys, we are on a tangent here - lets focus more on the application rather than putting each other down based on their views and past. I'm sure the owners will have an idea of where Craig stands in likelihood of being a staff member. You guys aren't even in a position to say yes or no to him, let the staff handle it - I think you're all embarrassing yourselves.

At the end of the day all I wanted to do was help the server out then these two guys come at me all fucked off because I made a app for staff, if this is how the community is going to be then I'm sure it isn't going to go very far at all.

I know what I'm talking about I'm a moderator on a server that's been online for 4years..

Kilo, I wasn't saying "NO YOU'RE NOT GONNA GET A STAFF SPOT" I even Said IN MY OPINION, or somewhere along those lines. The communities opinion is what matters most. If the entire community wouldn't want someone as a staff member, do you think they will listen to him? Not saying that no one wants him as a staff member, I'm just speaking hypothetically.

well said. we got 2 mods 1 head mod,2-4 server helpers i doubt we will get any more staff member soon. but well if u adversite u incrase ur chance at becoming staff member cus server grow big.. and ur a old member with alot of knowlage and we might need u.. so adversite and when we get big and we have trouble handing lots of players im sure pancakes will pick one of old good players instead of a new one.

U are right but. Its diffrent here.. If u didnt notice our staff team including pancakes play like 8-10 hours each. Maybe 1-2 staff members dose not do that.

Pancakes probaly plays from 12pm to 5am on the next day.. I alwayd play from 1 pm to 12 pm then take a nap or go out with friends and come back at 3 am-5am..

If u have been online forever i wouldnt have saw u only 2 times..

lol. forum mod double posting, also you can't spell for shit. I was sharing my opinion aswell? If you think that's flaming you really shouldn't be on the internet, if they can't handle something so small like that then use shouldn't be staff.

That's why timezone is so important, I'm online from 12pm my time till like 12am, it depends on what day though, I go to university so it really depends. I think you're all online when I'm sleeping, which is why you wont see me online.

Flaming staff members without getting punishment shows that we have a weak staff team wich leads to more rule breakers thats why i dont like it altho u can always do flame jokes with ur friends.
